Discover the joy of baking with 5&2 Coffee & Hospitality Academy. Our beginner friendly, hands on workshop introduces you to baking fundamentals through guided preparation and practical experience.

Whether you’re exploring a new hobby or developing skills for your future café, start with the basics and learn how ingredients, measurements, and techniques come together.

What you’ll learn and experience:

• Understanding ingredients and their functions

• Proper measuring and mixing techniques

• Using essential baking tools and equipment

• Kitchen safety and preparation basics

• Guided baking practice with instructor feedback

Enjoy learning in a small group, with a maximum of 3 participants per session.

Workshop details:

• Fee: ₱2,499 per participant

• Duration: Approximately 3 to 4 hours

• Regular schedule: Saturdays at 2:00 PM

• Format: Hands on workshop
